McGrath Suite

A moderately sized modern theatre in a residential area of Belfast. Spacious public areas with a good bar for pre and post performance drinks. The actual theatre space that we experienced had good acoustics and all seats had a clear view of the stage. The seats were a bit small, but that’s my only moan.

Just been to see “The Gap Year” what a lovely play, I’m a wee English fella living here for 4 years and living with my Belfast girl. We both found the play so warm and loving, well done to all the cast!!!! A truly fabulous evening, thank you x The Lyric is a lovely theatre whose bar prices are very reasonable and not a rip off!!!!

Great show. We eas visiting Belfast for new year so A Christmas Carol looked a good choice plus wanted to give our 16 yesr old son and his girlfriend a bit of culture. Great show plus they had their picture taken with Mr Scrouge himself. Lovely theatre and great performance deserving a standing ovation at the end

Really enjoyed My Christmas Carol. Lyric staff were friendly and helpful to guide us to the seats. Play was great and wonderful to see cast greeting us when leaving

Love it. You feel so much involved because it's a small intimate theatre. A great number of Northern Ireland's actors have stated here. Tea, coffee and alcoholic drinks available.
